Shoot at the sight of your enemies, but also be careful not to hit the civilians. you need to be prepared, trained and really pay attention to the war ahead of you. Focus and make sure you hit only the bad guys, protecting the civilians. You can double hit the bad guys down, or single hit them with a straight head-shot, meant to kill in an instant.
